|Elected by parents||Mr Cooper is a Senior Finance Manager for a magic circle law firm. Qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor, he works in the Partners’ Affairs and tax team managing the allocation and distribution of the partners profit shares, global partner payroll, UK tax compliance and the financing of partner capitol contributions.|
|Board of Directors||I have been a Parochial Church Council Governor and Vice Chair of St. Nicholas Academy for a number of years. I am a member of the parish Council for Tolleshunt major and trustee of a homeless charity in Colchester.|
I was an English teacher and a senior leader in secondary education and 12 years ago became an independent trainer and facilitator of leadership programmes.
I am passionate about securing the best education for the children in our local community and ensuring that our small school thrives and grows as part of the MAT.
|Board of Directors||I joined the governing body of Tolleshunt D’Arcy St. Nicholas C of E Primary Academy in 2016, as PCC Governor for Goldhanger. I have always lived in the local area and I am please to be part of a team making a difference to the provision of education at the school. As a governor, I have particularly focused on RE, collective worship and monitoring of the curriculum. I have worked as a primary school teacher in other local schools sine I qualified in 2005 and I have recently completed an MA in Education. I enjoy working with young people and undertake other voluntary work as a leader with Girl Guiding.|
|Board of Directors||I joined the governing body of Tollesunt D’Arcy St. Nicholas C of E Primary Academy in 2017 as the Local Authority Governor. I am local to the area, attended the school myself and now have a son at the school. I am now an LSA within the school so have become an Associate Member. Outside of school, I run my own business and have 2 pedigree flocks of sheep along with other livestock.|
|Board of Directors||I have been the Foundation DBE Governor for Tolleshunt D’Arcy St. Nicholas C of E Academy since 2016. I worked as a Nursery Nurse with an Advanced Diploma in Child Education for 20 years in Hertfordshire. I have a special interest in the use of the outside area in the curriculum, in early years. As a governor, I have been focused on attendance, behaviour and the reception class. I enjoy volunteering at the school most weeks baking with small groups of children.|

For the past 20 years I have lived in the local area and attend St. Nicholas Church in Tolleshunt D’Arcy.
I am keen to ensure the school and church continue to work together and support each other to assist the children in their education.
I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and tax Advisor and have spent my career to date working in London.

|Louise Eastbrook||Ex-officio||Ex-officio||Mrs Eastbrook is the Headteacher at Tolleshunt D’Arcy St. Nicholas C of E Primary Academy and has been for 4 years. She has taught across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 for 20 years. Her school is currently rated Good (03/18) by Ofsted.|
Louise is an active member of the Tiptree and Stanway Consortium where she supports school improvement and collaborative work.
|Mrs Archer has been the Inclusion Leader at Tolleshunt D’Arcy St. Nicholas C of E Primary Academy since 2020. Within her 6 years of experience, she has taught in both KS1 and KS2 in both Tolleshunt D’Arcy and Kelvedon Academy.|
She has a specific interest in Autism and has previously worked within Kelvedon Academy’s ASC before moving to D’Arcy Academy. Her previous roles before moving to the area were assistant to the SENDCO in a secondary school and 1:1 with young adults with complex care needs and/or ASD.
